I have a 98 3.0. When I turn on my wipers, the driver side wiper moves about an inch then goes back to the resting position while the passenger side wiper moves through the entire range of motion. Does this sound like a motor wiper issue? Is this an easy fix?

 

might need a new motor.

sounds like the wiper arm is off track.
