It probably not your Solenoids! I have a 98 with 270xxx it does the same! Just let your car warm up a bit before you take off! Our cars are old! Be gentle she will last longer! Change fluids regularly it will help prolong the life of your car! I have taken my car to different places everyone says the same thing "just let it warm up bro"

Clean all your silnoid filter screens. This sounds like there clogged. Only prob is if the valve body filter is clogged you got to strip the trans.

^that does help. Changing your fluid does too; with a different type. The Z-1 fluid oxidizes quickly, thickening the mixture and therefore making it harder for the Solenoids/Screens. Cleaning and a flush/fill should help.
