Cool I'm a NooB...but love my CL except for a few problems!

So yeah! first real post i guess you can say, but ive been reading on this site for a while now and i just wanted to just get talking i guess ya can say!

First of all i love my CL ive had it for a good year now and have over 110K miles on it and it runs so well, but it seems like every since i got it ive had some sort of problem!

1. I've had messed up air coniditioning that took a good two weeks to fix.
2. Then after that the battery cable corroded away, yeah not from me cuz i take good care of my car so that sucked.
3. I had a good streak but im going to school in texas now and since ive gotten out here someone has backed into my car and put a nice dent and then decided to leave in the parking lot (yes i know it is a school parking lot and it happens)
4. Then the motor in my window breaks!
5. Then im driving from ATL to TX and i had gotten new tires on my car and i was driving along somewhere in mississippi and the center cap comes right off! but thank goodness the company is owning up and bought me another.

but never the less i love my acura and all acuras for that matter as you can see with my family.

but just wanted to say hey!

Damn a family of Acura's! Literally.

Those issues your having are expected at 110 miles. You'll be iight once everything on your whip is "up to code" though. I bought my CL last year September and haven't started moding yet only because I've been spending money on maintenance.

Tein install is right around the corner though.

Welcome to the group! ATL -> TX...that's a helluva commute there bubba. You head down to Austin? Remember, no car (especially with 110k) is trouble free. If you do find one, let me know!

haha thanks! ive been to austin once so far and it was hell of alotta fun, im in Fort Worth at TCU. but yeah 850 miles...to and from twice a year. summer and winter break.

but yeah ive wanted to get some stuff done on my car such as a system and clear corners and tint but just havn't had time/money esp with all these repairs! but i know those will come.

the list actually just got shortened of acuras even, my brother's wife had a integra but it got totaled so thats deceased. acuras are for sure all around though! one friend has an 01 CL-S and my other has a lowered 03 CL-S and my other friend just got the new TSX. but we've always said our family should be a commercial for acura.
