i changed my cluster lights and auto shifter light..now when i go try and turn the car on it wont start.. electronics turn on like flicker and my wipers go really slow and my window wont go dwn ima guess the battery ????????

 

Sounds like a battery issue. Have you checked it?

 

did you change just bulbs or a new/different cluster???

if bulbs, you probably didnt plug something in all the way or something got unplugged during disasembly/asembly. did you put everything back where it came from correctly???

if a new/different cluster it might be incompatible.

iff all connections are good try unhooking the ground on the batt. for 20mins, and reinstalling.

just a guess....
