98 Cl 2.3 Starting Issue please help
To start I have to press a button near pedal right before turning key to the last part. Once button is pressed the locks go up/down and a sound a click sound is made and I can start.
Now it doesn't work. Takes sometimes 30 minutes of trying to get the click sound and locks to move so I can start.

.... is the shifter unlocked??????with the key????
kinda sounds like loose batt. cables ... ????
