99 CL Power Seat Issue

Can I replace the power seat with a manual seat? The Power Seat Problem seems to be unsolvable. All functions but forward and back are operational.

Were there even versions of the CL which had manual seats? If so, then you may get lucky and have the bolt patterns line up.
