I have a 2003 CL S,6 speed,85 k miles.When I slow from 60 ish,I get a shudder just like warped rotors.I have changed pads and rotors and put new tires on.Suggestions?

 

Changing rotors? What does that mean? New? Used? Turned? Often new rotors (cheap ones and expensive ones) can be warped out of the box. I would suggest that you have the rotors checked. If you have an infra-red heat gun, the warped rotor will normally read hotter.
