u have to take the armrest off first. take off the bottom cover inside ur clove compartment, unbolt those bold under that lining, unscrew the screw on the outside sides and pull that off first.

That contains all the steps you will need to take in order to remove all the Wood Grain pieces. Also there are finished pictures of what I did!

So whatever happened with the entire dashboard removal? I just bought an entire dash board and am looking about how to get it installed correctly without the airbags going off.

disconnect the battery and the airbag wont go off. Just make sure you have the radio code.

StarBoy, keep us posted on removing that thing. You have the whole paiece right? Doestn seem like there are many screws and the dash I have has all the wire harnesses still perfectly in tact. SO it seems easy when you look at it but when you think about airbags going off or some clips being broke, I dont want to mess with it. Screw it I am going to post a pic of my new dash lets hope it works...lol
This way you guys can see what I am talking about..

why are you replacing it? you might as well paint up some pieces on that and do a little custom work to while its off.

ONly reason is because I am not trying to go crazy I just want it to look at new as possible. The dash on their now I actually punched the woodgrain piece side and broke the dashboard and the wood grain piece. Surprized the airbag didnt go off...What can I say...Girlfriends,lol

But what pieces are you talking about painting since you mentioned it?

well i mean, while thats all off maybe the woodgrain if you dont like it. If i had more time id like to paint my woodgrain. If i had the money to do it, id change my entire interior black, but that prob wont happen.
