I was gonna call rear lip too but he fucked his all up so I'm passed on that. If it's not too late and if it's possible I'll call dibs on your blackoutt headlights but I think that's included in the HID's which already got claimed. I'm willing to trade my non blackout for your blackouts and cash if possible.

 

That's not included with the HID's, the headlights are seperate from the hid kit. I got dibs on that though

but not better than ever, i did kill a kitted 99ish galant by a more than car from a stop to 100 ( she shut me down we still had road ) and i smoked an rsx by at least 2 cars to the about the same he shut down.the tec is kickin in,and she starts. shifts are smooth as f*ck but at 90-100 she slows and redline at 3-4 rpm.i know i have all 4 gears wtf!!!!!!

in all just happy this only took 2 days and i'm back on the road,(not getting pissed on by soccer moms in minivans).gotta bring her back cuz i think he thinks she done.he said shes back at champ status,he didn't take her to 90 though. maybe next time he'll get right......

Redline for 3rd gear is about 100-110mph but at about that speed your be at prolly 3.5 k rpm in 4th so you're in 4th gear and once it reaches about 3.5k rpm in 4th it won't go any higher? If so then I'd say that guy that rebuilt your tranny fucked up.

 

also when i go wot it won't shift sometimes unless i let off the gas..........

 

that sux you were without your car for a couple months and then when you get it back it's still really fucked up. I don't know what you can do since you supposedly got the hook up but I'd still call him and tell him he did a shitty job

no clicking, but same symptoms as before.starter changed and i cleaned my batt terminal today.(alot of corrosion)jump her and she starts right up,guess i'm buying a new batt tomorrow.this is gonna be #2.rather a batt than an alternator though.who know's that's prob f*cked too.........

 

i had exactly the same problem now i that i remember. my tranny had just been fully rebuilt like 4 months after this had happened. i would gun it and on second gear shifting to second around 60ish it would redline and not shift i would have to let off the gass and then punch it again. it was so sad cuz 4cly. accord were wooping my ass/. and i mean wopping by like 3 cars wooping. ive had so much more problems with my cl no joke.


-cracked winshield from prev. owner replaced it. (new)
-leather was ripped so i did a whole custom interior (new)
-fucked up tints (so i took them to get done) (new)
-cracked oil pan (new)
-new tranny (fully rebuilt)
-prev. owner cut springs (so i had to buy a whole new coilover set with shocks)
-nasty alignment right now (new tires only last me 2 months)
-camber correction
-new alternator (new)
-starter (new)
-new batt (new)
-new cv joints (new)
-craked rack n pinnon (new)
-blew header gasket so my car currently kinda sounds like a go-kart getting that fixed today as we speak
-passenger window wont go up any more i had to get a new regulator (new)
-last rims were cracked with a leak in it so i bought the rims i currently have. (new rims)

all these problems i have fixed in my car and i still love it and i was really considering an STI. but i just cant sell it. ive done wayyyyyyyyyyy too much. Ive spended near to 12g's on this car alone since ive had it. ive fixed all those problems except for the alignment and the gasket. so yea... dont complain she is still strong jus rebult that tranny.

Percy, hopefully it's just a battery. If you're not pushin a lot of system power, any battery should do. A Neverstart from walmart or diehard should do ya. Hope it's not your alternator, it only gets worse if it's going

It's everstart, walmart's battery brand. $40 a battery, and they work well, I call them neverstart, cuz when a battery dies on a car, it's always off to walmart to get a neverstart for $40
