Scott,

I have one.

Let me see if I can get my piece of wood trim off of it, so I can use it on the "spacer" that was installed with my new head unit. If I can get the fake wood off (and the the flip door isn't damaged), It'll be for sale.

This is what it looks like now (except removed from the car).

I need the wood piece to go under my new head unit.

I got the "wood trim" off.

I'm now using "Goo Gone" to get rid of the foam/glue that's still there. So far, it's working great.

I'll get back to you soon.

If the hinge is truely broken, you'll probably need to purchase a new cubby hole. If you're careful, you may be able to repair the hinge, but you'll need the piece(s) that broke off.

I'm looking at mine right now, and it really depends on where the "break" occured.

Scott: Here's the final outcome (it looks brand new):

Attached one to my son's Pioneer HU - used double-stick tape. Once put in place in the dash the cubby looks natural - doesn't move at all.

I posted this above.

Let me know ASAP. I just sold my headunit on eBay, and the guy is asking about the cubby hole. I told him $20 (since he's already paid $8.50 to ship the head unit). http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...K%3AMEASO%3AIT

no need to rush dust, I probably won't get it all in for another week or two anyways.

One question though. Does this just go right in or am I gonna need to put it in the same time I put in the new CD deck? Cause i gotta take the dash off to do that.

The cubby hole should go in at the same time as the head unit. I've included the metal clips that will hold the cubby hole to the bottom of your CD deck. Once you attach the cubby hole to the deck (screws are included), the whole thing goes into your dash as one piece.

Here's a pic showing where the metal clip (one on each side) fit's into the head unit. Takes a minute to put these in.

BTW: I got notice from paypal. Thanks.
