Wheel opinion

I have been looking at wheels for weeks now and cant choose anything. I am considering the Ronjon servos because the price is right but not really a 5 spoke fan. I kind of like the Konig Toxxin 2 18x7.5. I can get them for $460 shipped. They look like a high quailty wheel and more my style. Similar wheels I had on my previous CL thats no longer with us RIP. Car in avatar
Opinions please.

Neato! Definitely different. Very modern looking, I like. Get them.

don't really like them especialy at 7.5 wide, prolly gonna have a high offset too
so they aren't gonna look as good as they could be if it were wider
plus i don't really like konig wheels personally
to each their own
if you love them, buy them
if you don't really know, don't buy them

Thanks for all the replies so far. The 4x114 bolt pattern sucks, very limited on selection. By the way I have a White 99 CL 3.0 now so my choice would be different from my black CL on wheels. I had 17 inch MSR wheels on the black one and liked them. Not sure which way to go with the white CL.

i think it depends where you wanna go with the car. on white i personally like silver, bronze or gunmetal.

I think those wheels would look incredible on a CL with a nice drop, I would lose the center caps with those wheels though, try to fit some acura center caps or something

Someone who's a pro in the wheel department should sticky n make a list of wheels and specs for our 4x114.3 pattern. It would take some time so it might need to be a mod who can keep editing the post for updates on newly found wheels, but it would allow many people to have a quick look at many possible selections and we have everything there without trying to remember things ourselves. And would be listed by brand.

^you're asking someone to list all possible wheels in the 4x114.3 bolt pattern? srsly?
just search yourself, our bolt pattern is not only for our kinds of cars, one commonly modded car that comes to mind is 240sx's, which usually run quite aggressive offsets/sizes and i used to search on forums for them to see what kind of wheels they have listed for sale in our shared bolt pattern

I was saying this to have it all at hand. I know you wouldn't be able to remember all 4 lug wheels you've ever looked at and wish you would have. Personally idc, but I know many would use it n appreciate to have it. Everybody has the power to search and find what they're looking for fairly easily, but if that search time was cut out and people found wheels they didn't take time to check out or know about before looking at such a topic, it'd be nice.

I'm not tryna be persuasive and make somebody do it, it was just an opinionated suggestion. So, off my e-nuts kay?

Did that exact search. Most of the wheels on the 240sx's are 14" and 15". Not working for me. Also cant have a wheel that has the extra fitment or 4 holes not being used showing. The Konig wheel that I am thinking of getting covers the lugs and extra holes. Seems single fitment wheels are hard to find and gonna cost much more.

you could check out zilvia . net for used wheels in bigger sizes, and i didn't mean stock 240sx wheels, i meant wheels people buy who own 240sx's
and extra fitment is not always shown, just like the konig's you posted most wheels ahve center caps to hide all of the lug holes
some wheels can be found of zilvia . net with both 4x114.3 and 5x114.3 bolt pattern which means a bigger amount of people to sell the wheels too if you decide to get rid of them later down the road

^sorry didnt want to come across as rude or anything, just kind of surprised, a list like that could be huge, and kind of overwhelming IMO
just searching on tirerack there is 74 matches, and those are just normal wheel replacement kind of wheels, not including wheels with more width and offset that would push the boundaries of what most people would buy
this also doesn't include any of used wheels, or wheels over the size of 18" that would fit

...i dont get it Jon lol.

I personally dislike the wheels the OP posted. I agree with Mitch, there's alot of different wheels that can be found for our car that might come of other cars like 240's that can give you more agressive fitment and also look better.

I am not in a hurry to buy so I am going to keep searching. Someone suggested Rota wheels and I seen some I like but no nothing about the brand. I really cant put out more that $1000 for wheels and tires so i guess I am somewhat limited on selection.

Rotas are good wheels for the price, some people don't like them because they have a few imitation styles of higher end wheels. But I like them, I have a set of Rotas on my CL right now actually.

ohh wow! I've always been a fan of the grids but never noticed the difference with the off road grids. Nice. Hope that's a smaller size though cause the spokes look tiny.

I like but as long as you have more blue around the exterior of the car to match the lip which I don't think you do..

They're alright, but with such vivid blue lips, you better have other accents to help it.
