Water is the enemy

So in the northeast we have had some bad flooding. Where i live sucks sometimes there are huge lakes where roads are suppose to be, i was bring my girlfriend back from work in a rain storm and i came around a corner only to find my self in 7-8 inches of water my car bogged then shut off. This has happened to me before but never that bad. So i get out of my car push it out the this puddle or lake is more like it. I thought my motor was dead right there white smoke everywhere and i have AEM CAI with no bypass or inerfender well so my K&N filter is exposed. sat there fir about a hour 2 cops asked me if i needed help i was like no leave me alone. UI tried to start it many times and it was doing nothing then in waited about 30 minutes and started it. it sounder like a mini-bike was juicin down the road but no that was my car. it back fired a few times then was perfectly fine. It has been about a week since that has happened and my car is running fine. I say this caues i must be lucky 2 of my friends blew there cars up durring all this a 94 lude and a ser-spec v. God thank you

Your motor can still go.

A friend hydrolocked the motor in his Jeep, but it ran for nearly 3 more weeks before the rod went through the side of the block.

so ur not drooping the H22 in it anymore? i can see ur just getting fed up with it. the roads where horrible around here during the storm. friday night i was busting down post road in EG/ NK section doing 50 and hit some massive puddles while it was pouring out.

btw if ur are planning on selling that thing, i call dips on the suspension.

See the motor and everything is straight, my h22 is perfect its just pissing me off not having door handles anymore and since i got a new job paying much much more i have oppted to buy a S2000. and sorry man but i wont be parting it out. im not even sure if im selling it yet though. depending on how much i really love the stock S2000 will be the deciding factor on selling the cl for parts for the s2000
