tinting taillights
hey just about to start some summer projects on my 97 2.2, does anyone know the legal limit for taillight tint in NY? or the US for that matter? i want to do a 25% tint on my black cl but just wanted to make sure it will still pass any inspections, thanks

go ahead and search for rockblocker in the sales and groupbuys forum. He sells two films (a dark one and a darker one) that you can put right over the taillights... they look real nice, and if any inspectors say they're too dark, you can just take em off I guess...

Nope! Just your average Inza Red, kept in mighty good condition.
I just tinted the tail lights, debadged, and painted the "A" black over this weekend, and I gotta say, the red really looks awesome now, with this new color scheme.

^ Thanks for the comments, fellas!
As far as how long it takes to receive the tint kit, it gets to you pretty damn quick.
Rockblocker sends it via USPS Priority Mail, which is 2-3 days. I think I placed my order late on a Monday night, and I got it on Thursday.

couple questions for you, ridin clean:
1) to do the acura symbol black, did you just pry it out and hit it with a coat of primer, then black. then how did you get it back on the car, stick the things back in the holes and apply some kinda glue to hold it in?
2) what exhaust is that?
3) are you lowered?
yeh, i have alot of questions. lol. just researching for my baby.
