is the tail light tint really that hard to install?? how long did it take you guys?
i know i tried regualr tint and that isht was a pain in the (_I_)!!

 

umm no...it shouldnt be hard to do at all. I think it even comes with instructions. Many members have installed it themselves so im sure it cant be too bad. Just dont rip it!

Im actually waiting to install mine because im getting some vinyl work done and they are just going to install the tint then..

 

its not that hard, just make sure you spray it down with a waterbottle so that you can move it around, and wipe those bubbles out

 

k thanks....its already precut right?? so that means i dont haev to do any trimming? i tried contacting rockblocker but i havent heard a response to see if he still has them....and i been meaning to ask you...u get in trouble for it being that dark?? i almost have the same car as you white with black wheels!!

 

It is kind of a pain in the ass if you've never laid vinyl before. I just did mine, and it didn't come out as nice as I expected. Now I'm probably gonna end up buying another kit and trying again, now that I'm better at it

 

yea... its difficult to make sure its on right at times. I may buy another sometime down the road or remove it all together because of some cuts I got around the edges (cant see from far away, but I know they're there which aggrivates me )

 

I don't have any cuts, but I have some air bubbles, which take away from the smooth appearance up close, and aggrevatethe hell out of me

 

Thats why you get a friend whos worked at a "sign & grafix" shop for 10 years to install it, + some other vinyl too. lol Remember, its not what you know, its who you know!

 

Where can you buy the tint at??
