System INstall

I have had all fo the components for my system for quite a while now and am finally getting around to installing them. I am rather confused concerning what to do with my Bose amp. I would like ot keep my Bose speakers and the wiring and interfacc e it with my new equipment. I would like the easiest install does anyone have any suggestions on how to set this up and since i am installing a sub will I have to run wires from my amp to my deck or do i connect it to the bose amp???

hahahaahaha umm... I dont think that the bose amp is good for anything other than powering up a cigarette lighter. Its good enough for the 30watt max factory speakers but I think that some aftermarket headunits might put out more power than that bise amp. You have to bypass the factory amp if your running a new headunit, and if your running any kind of subwoofer setup in your trunk you need to get a new amp for your sub.

50X4 means 50 watts max to your low's and mids. usually they're like 15-20 RMS. depends on how much sound you want. If you're happy with your stock and want something a little louder hook them up to your deck. If you want something you can really hear the words clear with, hook them up to a 4 channel amp. Your sub, hook it up to a sub amp. You can even get a 4 channel and hook your component speakers and your sub to the same amp.

Since your running your stock speakers just run them off of your new deck, and run the sub off of the fosgate amp.

Your stock speakers are these little shitty 15watt rms paper cone things that look like a 4 day old taco. hehe I just installed a new deck and it made my sound better with the stock speakers, but when I replaced all my interior speakers it really jammed. It was well worth it and only took me a day to install the door and rear window speakers. (I had to make custom mounts because the 6X9 magnet was too deep and hit my trunk connecting rods.)
