Just a note: i searched and there were a couple topics come up and im assuming everyone that looked into it backed out when they found out the rails by theirself are 300 some dollars. than you have to pay for the application as far as what you want to put on them. screw that. unless anyone knows of any for cheap, holla. thanks.

why don't you just use the ski trunk passthrough?

no bindings. wow thats got to be a huge pain in the ass, putting your bindings back on every time. im pretty sure i can fit my 156 in the back seat, but id like to have more than one passenger in my car when im going up.

as for a rack, you can do something cheap. my uncle had a rack on his frontier for surfboards that was just on with straps and it worked perfectly, i didnt notice what kind it was, but i remember it looked cheap. and it was really easy to take off without damaging your car.

just look around, youll find something.

Do they allow snowmobiles at that resort? Me and my dad need to decide where we go this winter.

yea they have the VAST trails nearby at Jay National Park, seriously though, go on youtube and type in Jay peak Powder and youll find out what im talking about.

I can't say enough about the place...Fair priced, not to many lines, they have the only tram on the east coast that holds 60 people, the glades are the best around, the best powder in New England and a real laid back atmosphere...not to mention they have some legit backcountry you can do, just make sure to ask the locals and theyll take you, dont go on your own...you can get lost easily... I've skiied just about evrywhere around here and once I found Jay a few years back, it's my go-to location, I rarely go anywhere else now, adn when i do, I feel let down.

OH, and some of the best local micro-brewerys around....nothing better after coming home after riding all day and popping open a local beer.

^Man that sounds nice. It'd be about a 12 hour drive though, which kinda sucks when you're driving a V-8 and hauling two sleds behind you.

Last year we drove up to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and it was the most beautiful place I've ever been to. The trails never stopped, the frozen falls were amazing, the locals were all friendly, and all the towns were snowmobile-friendly. You could just drive right up to the pump. They also had parking spots at all the restaurants for all the sleds. Riding on a single trail was like driving on the highway.

Thanks for the info though. I'm going to see if I can hit up Seven Springs this weekend.

how bout this:
http://www.rackattack.com/product-pa...tm_term=400SB4

more info here:http://www.sportrack.com/sb-4

You can also try to find other retailers, but that looks like the best design for non-roof rack cars. If you look at the 2nd link, you can get the exact parts for your car and it does work with coupes.

you can check this out as well:

haha you call that powder? check out stevens pass and mt baker, thats where i usually ride. ive been to whistler too, i went last spring break and it was like 45-50 degrees at base and like 25 and two feet of powder at the glacier. personally i wouldnt call it hit or miss, seeing that whistler is open all year because its on an active glacier, where it snows about 8 or 9 months out of the year.

I know what youre saying, but with over 100 inches so far this year at Jay, thats mroe snow than anywhere in the US right now, I juts came back from there yesterday, Knee deep...i guess thatsn not saying much with what you guys get, but knee deep and in the back country this early in the year, with over 100 inches...on the east coast...ill take it.

My uncle went to whistler like 2 years ago and it pretty much rained the whole time and a lot of the snow was real slushy and shit, thats why i said hit or miss, when I went it was really nice cept for the alst day wherre it poured....Jackson Hole on the other hand, is where it's at.
