just go buy a folia tech universal grill. costs about $25 after shipping. i did this about 2 years ago. i would just send u mine but i cut holes in it for the fog lights and plate. anyone intrested in some piaa 1700X fogs?? anyways. never got a single dent in it from all the driving back and forth to college. and bugs clean right off if u spray them hard enough. very stong material. heres some pics.

hey, how did u all attach your grille to the bumper? (did u take the pumper off?) I tried to make my own grille and attached it with zip ties looped together for length and my grill ended up to flimsy and was wavy...not straight...
HEY VXCL ~ Did that grill already come cut to fit?

no i cut it myself. its a floia tech universal grill. if u look closely u will see it is secured up top with black zip ties and the bottom folds back inside the bumper to make a secure perfect fit. no need to take the bumper off at all. took me about a 1/2 hr to make it. wish i could remember where to tell u to order folia tech products, but i cant remember.

u can only make one grill with the folia tech piece. when i ordered there was only 2 options diamond or circle pattern. now they have a black diamond pattern which im intrested in. plus im gettin pa tags so no more front plate. and no fogs so my grill is useless, but im keepin it for a template. oh if u want the fogs ill be going back to nj oct 11 - 18 so i can ship em anytime then. they are piaa 1700x. both work and no damage to lense or chrome trim. the housings are scratched on the side from taking them off and on, but u will never see that when they are installed. also i bought a new realy from piaa with a replaceable fuse unlike the one they came with. i like to push the button and then no lights. cost me $30 but it was worth it. also i have the complete wiring that came with the kit i never cut it. i just coiled the wires up and zip tied them so ull have easy install. all ull need is double sided tape to attach the switch. i will have them shipped to you door for $75. let me know what u think. they retail for $200+ $180 if your lucky. call me. 908-875-8155. if u want i'll order a grill and make it for you. all ull have to do is take it out the box and bend it back into a 90 degree angle and install it into ur bumper. no need to take it off.
