You can get the hids off ebay cheaper...like 200 bucks.....

Buy some gun metal Nex-o nt5's (only come in 17s). Ive always wanted to know what they look like on a black cl. If you dont like em, Ill take them off of your hands .

 

i wouldnt go super cheap on an HID kit, most of those "ebay jdm mad ty0te yo 12000k 500% more light so you can see deer and shit 5 miles away when youre racing at night in your automatic going 40mph making your own BOV noises while you bump trance and have your green neons glowing and get pulled over because you couldnt see that cop behind you becuase of your gay ass 5 foot double decker wing blocking your rear view field of vision" are pretty poorly made
