Paintless Dent Removal

Has anyone tried paintless dent removal? I saw SCC magazine tried it on their project Civic with good results.
My CL has enough dings to fill a Chinese phone book ...
but I'm afraid of handing over my car. Who knows what all trim they'll remove to get to the back of the panel. And in my experience, once the trim comes off, it's never quite the same.

I've had it done to my car and it worked great for me. I had dings all up and down both sides from parking in parking structures in downtown Chicago...anywho, I watched the guy do a couple of them. They stick long rods into existing body holes to apply pressure to the backside of the dents and then use a tiny rubber hammer and gently tap away until the dent disappears. Can't notice 1 of the dozen or so dings I had. It was $75 for the first dent and then $75 for each entire side I needed done. It cost me a total of $150....

That's what I need to do - I have a nice collection of small dents.

Don't you hate it when you park at a Walmart in the absolute farthest parking space and come out to see someone's scratched the hell out of your bumper and broken a taillight and driven off.

Ya, I just had my dents taken out of my Cl a couple of months ago. The paintless dent repair is the way to go. Check your Acura dealership and see who they have do their cars on the lot, and see if you can work out a deal with them, that's what I did.

My girlfriend opened my door into a tree and left a dent in my door 2" in circumfrence. I went to Dent Wizzard, it is located in jersey accross from an Acura Dealership. $135 later, I had no more dent. Expensive, but definatly worth it. I was the only mark I had on my car...

there's a dentless removal service that sits at my acura dealership and inspects your car when you bring it in and tries to get you to get it done...

anyway, i got a dent one time and gave em the go ahead to take it out...cost me like 45 bones and took less than 20 minutes...did a perfect job...

definitely recommend it assuming your paint isn't scratched there

Someone recently told me that there's a person in my town like that. They call him the "Dent Doctor" and it's like for $150 he'll remove every dent on the car. I'm gonna have to look him up soon.
