Looks like it should. As long as you connect the wires right that should do the trick!

this model is the lowest model from PAC. you should have gotten the PAC SNI35. more watts, adjustable. much better. we use SNI35 all the time. $20 shipped

it will work, but its best to get a better converter because they will filter the amplified signal w/ less noise interference and give a stronger signal to you amps. the SNI35 picks up upto 20-30 watts.

you should just have to hook it in-line with your rear speakers + and - wires, than connect the line out to the amplifier. I usually consult the manual for color codes to the factory wiring.

just a piece of FYI - the factory radio only puts out 7 watts RMS, so you should be fine with the one you got. However if its a bose system i can't help you out.

They say for best results connect it directly behind the head unit closest to the source unit. However, i've connected it to the rear speakers directly before the speaker and have never had any problems. Also, is there a factory amplifier in the car? Are there speaker wires or a single black cable connecting into the rear speaker. If so this may be a bose amplifier and may require a different, more specialized part to connect to it. Let me know i should be back around some time later tonight.
