My clutch!!!!

How the hell is my clutch fucked up?!?!

Well about 3 weeks ago my clutch went completely out!!! So.. I got me a brand spankin new ACT HDSS clutch put in, I only drove it for only 548 miles and the damn clutch is already fucked!! It feels like its completely out, I cant even get the car into gear, I have no idea why or how the hell this happened, I never even went over 3000rpms, well only couple times up to about 3800rpms because of the traffic, I been really easy on it and I never ever put the heat on this clutch!!! Im so pissed, it freakin cost me a grip for the damn clutch and installation.. So now im car less and broke!!!!! BTW my car isn't even here at home, I had to leave it at a parking lot about 10 miles away!!! So now I gotta pay for a freakin tow!!

Im calling the guy at the shop tomorrow to tell him the problem because there is no way the clutch is gone after only 548 miles and babying it. They better do something about this, atleast I hope!! I dont even know if there is a warranty?? Man I'm so pissed off..

check the clutch fluid. could be a leak in the slave/master cyilinder. In which case, you wont be able to change into any gears + the clutch pedal goes straight to the ground without any pressure.

Hope you dont have to pay anything. Did you go to a shop that warranty's your work? Did you but the clutch for them or did you buy it from somewhere else and have them install it?

If you bought it else where you may have a problem, because they probably wont warranty the clutch.

It has to be a fluid leak in the slave master cylinder, I think I went a lil overboard thinking my clutch was a goner, lol, because it felt exactly the same when my clutch went out a few weeks ago...
