My cl rebuild

Well I am giving my cl to the wifey since I'm gettin rid of her car(tired of the payment on it). So to the fixing, I have pretty much destroyed the car with the audio and driving the piss out of it. I am going to be driving my durango, and will be buying her a car from the insurance auctions when I find her something she will want.

But to the repairs.

First I had the check engine light on with gettin piss poor gas mileage. Turned out to be a bad o2 sensor at the cat. So changed it $85 shesh, and now it's good.

Next I need to have the springs put back in the trunk lid. The stealership wants $75 so guess gonna have to own up to that.
Then I need to recover the door leather where I did tweeter cut outs when I had a nice system in her(now shes stock).
Next I need to put in a ball joint or bushing or a few hearing some clunking going on.

Will post pics n such when more is done. Just felt like making a thread.

I would assume he got when you said "So to the fixing, I have pretty much destroyed the car with the audio and driving the piss out of it."

Destroyed was a exaggeration but yea car is still in pretty nice shape especially the paint. Maybe I came off strong, long day at work.

That's cool, I was just pointing out where he probably got it from.

And I don't assume there's any jokes there, I just don't think most people are modding CL's to run fast in a straight line, so pointing out that you'd "smoke any cl here" is pretty useless. Plus I'm sure there's a few that would give you a run for your money anyway lol.

You remind me of a 12.1L Camaro I once seen. Real fast.
