my cl is pissin me off!!
this morning i went to start it and it didn't the first time. the second time it did but the idle is real real low like at 500 rpm. when i drive the car won't take off unless i halfway floor it. the check engine light came on too. does anyone know what it could be?? please help

I think its the EGR valve. Mine did the same thing and since all exhaust/emissions are under warranty till 100,000 miles they repaired it for free and gave me a rental for the day. Check it out.

if they find nothin wrong ur out the 74 bucks or whatever. thsts why i try to find the prob first before going to them. i dont need to pat some1 80 fuckin dollas to tell me everything's fine.

what if they fucked with my o2 sensor? would that set everything off?? cuz i wouldn't be surprised if they messed with it so i would come back thinking they can charge me up the ass!

WELL IF ITS THE o2 sensor then they have to fix it . even if it's loose they have to fix that for free under warrenty. unless they can prove u fucked with it.

If they are supposed to fix the egr or pcv valve etc. for free then would you put back the stock airbox before taking it in? What symptoms does the car exhibit when this thing goes bad?
Would it be worth it to fake it just to get that part replaced for free? My warranty is up.

if its a recal issue even if ur not under warrenty they have to fix it. ur pcv has to to witht the intake manifold not the intake. i would't bother putting the stock air box back in.
