This is a little off topic for the group but does anyone else experience random Google search redirects when viewing the AZ site?

This typically happens when I'm reading a thread, my browser gets redirected to a Google search box with a Doubleclick ad search even though I have not requested a search or clicked on any links. Only way to stop this is to "stop" the browser from refreshing after the thread loads. I am using IE with the Google toolbar.

This is really pissin' me off and there has got to be a setting to stop this from happening. Have searched for an answer on the Google site as well as Doubleclick, (which I understand is owned by Google) with no answers. Maybe I just need to get rid of the Google toolbar?

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

 

There is already a topic about this, and yes it's happening to me too, not exactly as you described but similar.

 

There is an error with the data base, thats what it says some time to me. My freaking connection is so slow on this website, and only this website.

 

I'm having a terrible connection to this sight too.

I havent had any problems since the migration a few months ago... ocasionally, it goes down.. but nothing that doesnt get fixed in a matte of minutes

 

The only browser problem I've been having is one with firefox. Sometimes the site just doesn't load and hangs for 5 minutes with firefox, but when I open it up in IE everything is ok.

 

it is a reported problem that azine will not work properly with safari, firefox or any other browser besides IE. The admins are working hard to resolve it. If you wish to continue discussion on this, there is a thread in the ramblings section.
