Is mounting LEDs behind the grille RICE?

i just bought some LED strip lights.. originally i was going to mount it under the front dash.. so it shines on my pedals and feet ...

but i had this idea i could mount it in my stock 99 grille.. how do you think it would look?.. would you consider that rice?

heres i pic i just found i wanted to post and since we are talking about rice i'll post it...

I got 4 green single LED's in my grille, w/ green strobes in my clear bumpers, and I don't think it looks ricey.
