Mesh Grill

OK, Who's gonna tell me how to do the lower grill: mesh? How difficult is it? Do I have to remove bumper? When it gets warm I'm gonna do it, and someone will save me a lot of time I'm sure.
Thanks
SWClown

I don't know how to explain it but I'll try to let you know how I did it. I went and bought, (i don't think it is gutter guard but it was something like it). First I made one out of card board so that I could make sure that I had the right size without messing up the mesh (no, you don't need to take out the bumper) then and put it over the mesh and outlined it. Then I cut the mesh and measured it to make sure it was right. After that, I took one of those door trim strip that are sold at any car shop and put it all around it. A piece of strip across the top and then one around the sides and bottom. To hold it on to the car I used those strips that are used to hold wires together. Put 4 of them thru the holes on the mesh (one strip per 2 holes) and tighted it behind each of the vertical and horizontal rubber pieces (where the horizontal one and the vertical one meet). If you have more questions let me know I'll try to help you. (it's kind of hard to explain)

Thanks Man!
That actually sound pretty easy. Didn't even think about using tie-wraps / zip ties to hold the thing on, good idea-those things have like a million uses- like duct tape!! I got a couple of pics of my ride with new dig camera, but the other day my dumb ass backed out of driveway and over my bookbag w/ cam inside and it's in a million pieces!!!! Can't win: $800 gone: Hopefully Olympus can fix it-the inside and lens are actually in tact. Now everyone should know where the Clown part of my screen name comes from!!!Wish I couls use zip-ties / duct tape for it!!!
Thanks Again,
SWClown
