I got my engines off of v6performance.net and here on a-cl.

They are def. hard to come by, ESPECIALLY the 6 speed tranny. Only 2700 of them were made. Once you find it, you basically have no choice but to pay what they ask for. Unless you got time on your hands.

I read it was 2,700 over and over in the 2nd gen forums. Either way, like you said, hard to come by regardless.

I tried looking for you over at ebaymotors.com But all I can come by were the auto's. Do you just need the engine, or the 6 speed as well? I found you the engine if you want the link.

It really all depends on where you find it. It could range anywhere from $2900 to $4000. You can probably find it cheaper, you may even find it more expensive. It just all depends.
