If you keep the same overall diameter as the stock setup and decrease the offset as you increase the width of the rim, you'll be fine!

Play with this to determine what size tire you need: http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html

18's

It rubs a little when you are super tucked like coilovers or some nutty srop springs. you'll also blow your stock struts pretty quick on coils. I then did koni yellows and nuespeed 2" springs. At first I had the koni spring perchs as low as they could go and that looked dope... but it still rubbed. I went up one notch in the rear and 2 in the front. No more rubbing with about a half inch of clearance in the wheel well. No matter what, do a camber kit!! I ate through my first set of tires in like 6 months. Good luck

wait u had neuspeed coilovers? or springs? How do u like em' reliability/safety/quality wize? You have 18's ? What size tires? 225/45-18' ?? and what kidna camber kit do u have? If you do have the coilovers. Which did u get? Obviously one made for the accord; but what year accord? the 94-97? or The 98+ ~ and finally if this isn't too personal. How much did the Coilovers, Camber Kit, and Shocks run you? ~ Any other comments you have with 18's and your setup. ~ THANX BRO! ~ I was looking to do the same thing to my car.

NO, THE COILS I HAD WERE THE SKUNKS. THEY SUCKED AND THATS WHEN I GOT THE KONI STRUTS AND nUESPEED SPRINGS. tHE SHOCKS WERE FROM CARPARTS .COM AND THET WERE LIKE 450 FOR ALL FOUR WITH THE COUPON I HAD. THE SPRINGS WERE LIKE 200. i FORGET HOW MUCH THE CAMBER KIT IS BUT WAS CLOSE TO A BILL. i USED THE THREE DEGREE CAMBER KIT AND IT WORKS WELL. mY SPRINGS WERE SPECIFICALLY MADE FOR THE 3.0 CL BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO HAVE A WRONG SPRING RATE. tHE KONI YELLOWS ARE FROM A 94-97 ACCORD. sOME SITES LIKE COMPTECHUSA.COM LIST THE KONI'S FOR A CL APPLICATION. yOU HAVE THREE SPRING PERCH LEVELS ON THE FRONT STRUTS AND FIVE IN THE REAR. i LOVE THEM.tHE SPRINGS WERE LIKE A 1.8 INCH DROP. I'LL ATTACH A PIC. hOPE THAT HELPS.

damn, sorry about the all caps. I forgot to say that 225 is fine and you will have a little rub at full turns, 215 has no rub at all really. For coupons, sign up at importhookup.com, sometimes they have good deals.

just reply another time;i've already seen that one. The reason i want the different angles is to see how much higher the back is than the front. ;-) thanx.

the problem is that the design of our cars makes me think the back is higher already. but then to actually drop the front lower than the rear; i mean does the car look like a dragger? I want neuspeeds with KYB AGX shocks. I've heard that the AGX actally makes the back a little lower which will make up for some of that .25inch difference. I'm most likly gonna do 225/40-18's so ur saying i will rub???? What are the consequecnes of rubbing? Am i fuckin up the tires? the suspension? just the wheel well? I'm almost sure about the neuspeeds. Just that i know the next step after the shocks is 18's and i'm scared i'm gonna rubb.

Also do u think i can live on stock shocks for a month or two with the neuspeeds? and do i have to have a camber? or will i live without?
