It's not too hard. First take the door panel off. If you can't figure it out, then you should let someone else install your window regulator for you. After the door panel is off, disconnect all the wires (i.e. door light, window lock, power mirror, etc.). After the door is completely off, there's 3 bolts that hold the window motor. There are also 4 (maybe 6) bolts holding the long regulator. Unscrew those bolts (10mm I think) with a socket. After those are off, replace the new regulator is the big hole near above the 6.5" speaker. You may have to pull some of that white plastic off the door, it's okay, you're not going to hurt anything. Just replace the bolts and reconnect the power to the motor and give it a crank. It should work fine. If it feels sluggish, spray some lubricant along the sills before you put the door back on.

There may be a couple steps that I left out but it's been awhile since I've had to replace mine. If you have anymore questions, just ask and I'll do my best to answer them.

Make sure you remove the 2 screws holding the door handle/lock so you can easily remove the panel. The panel must be lifted up over the top door lip and a floating door handle makes this 10x easier.

Keep it (rails and cable) lubricated with lithium grease and it should last longer.

Long stick or brush, then cover exposed cable in grease, move the window up an inch and repeat. But the rails probably need the panel removed to do a good job, which takes a 1/2 hour to re and re. Remember to firstly remove the 2 screws holding down the handle/lock assembly.
