Could you help me out. My Dashboard Lights and Parking Lights dont come on, I looked at the fuses and they are fine. My headlights, break lights and dome light still have juice. Is this the Lighting Relay? I have a 2.2.

 

Sounds like a bad relay. Did you check the internal fuse box and the external fuse box? I believe there are 2 different fuses, just a thought.

 

Yeah I checked both fuse boxes and both fuses were good. I did instal a sirius unit and hardwired power to the back of the cigarette lighter and grounded it through the ground through the back of the head unit. I am gonna pull it out and see if things return to normal.....

 

The cigarette lighter is on the radio fuse, does your radio still work? The lights wouldn't be affected unless you tapped off the blue/green bulb for the cig lighter.

 

The thing is that i DID tap off of the white wire with the blue/teal stripe that way the unit comes on only when i turn the key. Is this not cool? I just disconnected power to the sirius reciever and still no lights. I do appreciate your help. Does the relay work with only these features that are dead?
