Help with lights

i'm converting my car back to stock to sell, so i'm taking out the HIDs and putting the halogens back in.

I spliced the 9006 connectors back in and turned on the lights and this happened:

Drivers side: Low beam dim, high beam dim
Pass. side: Low beam regular brightness, high beam dim

any suggestions??

your best bet would to replace your harness w/ a new one....did you orginally cut off the factory one? or just tap into the wires?

i cut off the original and i bought 2 new ones. the passenger one works, the driver's side one is jacked up for some reason. I dont even know if it's the harness that's messed up.

it could just be the harness..if you have a current tester...you could test to make sure its getting the proper voltage..i dont know what voltage u should be getting..but that would be the best thing to do is test the current, if your getting current then the wiring is good, coul be the bulbs, if your getting a low or no current, then the wiring is bad...only way to know for sure
