Angry help..

has anyone ver had to make a cliam against a local city or town? there was some road work that was left unmarked and unfinished that my wife ran over. basically it tore a chunk out of my rim and popped my tire. help?

I have heard that you can actually get them to pay you for stuff like that. I remember reading someone who said they bent a rim, sent a letter about it, and they actually paid them for the damages.

A tree limb fell on my rental car, i got NUTHING!!! well i got a bill for $1100 if that counts.. act of god my ass

Did you get the renter's insurance? It doesn't apply usually anyway, what a rip off

the rental was an insuranse claim to begin with, they never offered me insurance. i guess its too late now..

talked to washington state dot. today. sent me a claim form should be paid out in the next few days.
