Outlook 2003 q - can't create new folder in shared mailbox
Outlook 2003 q - can't create new folder in shared mailbox
help.. I'm picking at straws here... I have an attorney who is sharing his Outlook 2003 folders with his secretary - he has her set as Owner of his mailbox (which allows full folder administration). The New Folder options are grayed out, from the File menu or right-clicking... it's late and nobody else is around and I've run out of ideas... anybody have any suggestions on what to try? thx
