headers = $h!+

ok i just installed my header today in my 2.2. i turn it on and rev it, it sounds like a fuckin rice burner. i hate them. i got dc sports, but i do feel an increase in power. I think the big problem is that on the headers there is an o2 sensor hole, and the little pipe after it that goes into the cat has one as well, so I juss left the one in the little pipe out.

be careful with those sensors. Ive heard those things are freakin expensive! Also, make sure the wires are tucked away safe. Mine came loose and hung down on the axle and actully i melted the rubber wire cover on my axle. Almost had to buy a whole new sensor and wiring harness.

well the headers I got came with a hole for the o2 sensor, and so I plugged it in. And the stock exhaust has this lil pipe that's about 6inches long that holds the o2 sensor, so I would have had to plug one in.

no it didn't it just replaced the stock header, but I went to a local exhaust shop and they just gave me a o2 plug. So now it sounds better, but I need to get it up on a rack and torque everything down, I still have a lil bit of an exhaust leak. But I definetly do feel the difference, a lot more of a low end response. Check my webpage out for some pics

its not a steal if you work there, employee discount or no charge at all. im cool with the mechanics so it should be free.

does the dc sports header come with a hole for the o2 sensor?

yes, that was my whole problem, the extra o2 sensor hole. I just got a plug from an exhaust shop for free, so it's better. I'm just not happy with what it sounds like, unless not everything is tight.

its right after the 2 becomes to one on the top side of the headers. if not that's fine, just put it back into the stock location

SE? hmmm.

You're totally confusing me... I thought it was the other way around. So... the 94-97 DX,LX fits on a the 2.x, and the 94-97 EX fits on the 3.0? Good thing I saw that before I bought that header...

ok to make things clear..... the DC sport headers that are for the 94-97 accord ****EX**** will fit our 2.x cl's

DC sport headers made for 94-97 *****DX/LX/SE WILL NOT FIT our 2.x cl's

correct???
