^check the pic i posted close to the top of page 89, there's a spring behind the handle(it's the rusty looking coil in the pic) probably that needs to be either replaced or just look at it to see what's wrong, could lubricate it too i guess

There are scratches around my locking lugnuts and a small chunk missing from my right front wheel around the lugnut hole.

not really liking that angled exhaust either, if only you had a rear lip or something to cover up more of the exhaust piping underneath the car, then it would look better. But i do like the car other than that, i white cars, especially white cl's

i actually think the piping looks sick. its a true N1 exhaust, thats how their designed. but im more in love with the sound though. when i hit vtec it sounds like a spaceship. lol

i feel that if those who dont like N1 style exhausts saw it in person it would look better. or if i had FLICKr hosted pictures.

Did you go with titanium mandrel bent piping? From the looks of the pictures, the bend looks great. And the reflection of the metal makes me think it's titanium.

Post a sound clip. I want to hear it on a CL. I've only heard that exhaust on an IS300 and a RSX.

anyone know if theres a place where you can get high temp paint custom mixed? im trying to get a few cans of high temp taffeta white. im spray canning my wheels with it, and i would just use regular paint, but with my wheels being already powdercoated, i think that they might have issues staying on in hot conditions. so anyone know if i can get tafetta white high temp?

if not im gonna try it with regular paint, i dont give a Sh** haha. i hate them black so shitty white is better than this ugly black, and gives me justification to just pay another 200 to powdercoat white if it comes out bad!

^a white cl with white wheels looks sexy as hell, i saw the one from a while ago that had the stock 5-spoke wheels painted white. It is the best factory color of a cl to match rims with IMO. I can't wait to see the final result

so my starter killed itself tonight... got in the car and started it up and heard an awful whining/whistling/overall bad sound from under the hood. turned the car off to see if that would help, and the starter kept trying to start the car... ended up pulling the negative battery terminal and blowing the rear breaker (i did it so i could try to save the rear battery) and it finally quit... got the car towed home ($90 for 15 miles) and now i need to find a new/used starter and advanced has one for like $135... so that's how I get to spend my day tomorrow instead of going to the Cavalcade of Customs car show in Cincinnati... oh yay!!!

That scares me how low it sits, looks badass though. I love it, just I'd be afraid of fuckin it up that low. Mine sits pretty flush with the underbody of my car and when I go over some bad entry ways in PA I hear metal scrape and pray nothing is hanging. for that shit!

god i need an exhaust SOOO BADD...found another freaking exhaust leak today that opened up. I went to shauns to try to get the one of his brothers accord but the flanges didnt line up so i couldn't use it. Needless to say, i was pissed. And still am.

o ok you guys...I HAVE FINALLY DEBADGED ROSE! Pros: looks clean and i painted the 'A' and placed it back with no problem. Cons: the 'Acura' and 3.0CL is still showing..i scrubbed my ass off with GooGone and shit, no luck at all...but yeah looks good u guys...pix up soon

^ lots of people had "paint etching" when they removed the badges, an aggresive polish and a buffer may make it better followed by some wax to protect and shine, refer to the threads specifically on debaging, gotta wait for the pics to see how it looks tho

jb weld! i patched the exhaust the other day, the seam is really shitty, gonna get a buddy of mine to run stainless from the cat back i guess. if he can hook me up with a magnaflow ill go for it too! get rid of the free but outdated upsweepster
