on tuesday around 4pm i went to work out at my gym thats just 10 minutes from my house. on the way home i was pulled over by this cop and he gave me fucking 4 violations, no front license plate, no insurance card at that time(new card at home), speeding (45 mph in a 35 limit), no license(cuz i left my wallet at home). because of those 4 he put me in jail with my car getting towed away. it was embarassing cuz people that i knew that passed by me and was yelling out the window saying something and honking all crazy. once i was in jail i called my brother to come there and show them my current insurance card and license but they still didnt let me out til the hearing. at the hearing they dismissed everything and let me go but i still had to pay for impounding my car and shiet. fuking cops waste my time and money and they could of use there time to get a real criminal and not someone that just broke some stupid law.

 

on what grounds did they throw you in jail, 4 voilations, and jail??

i would fight it and get a lawyer definately

speeding for ten over, that mother fucker must of had nothing better to do or something shitty happened to him and he took it out on you. insurance cards are a pain in the ass b/c you get them bi-annually so you need to be diligent in swapping them out. he should have given you a break on the license and ins. card seeing as you were coming from the gym, half the time when i work out i forget mine too because i am going to the gym in my gym close. definetly fight it on the premise mentioned in post num. 2 or 3 but it'll cost ya so you have to weight that cost against the outcome of your legal action. good luck and watch out for the fuzz!

Looks like you had a bad day. It's like they know when the perfect time is to get you. Happened to me once. The one time I forget my license, I get followed by a cop. Lucky for me I was able to get away from him, then go home a pick it up.

 

I hate Tx cops...they never have anyhting else to do. Out in Coppell you see them on every damn corner. And of course, they follow the youngies around till they do something.

 

I have drivin without both and gotten pulled just like you did goin 10 over and i just got my car back and i didint ahve my info in it ans he just gave me a ticket to go to coyurt and show it all. he was just being a pig ass cock sucker fuck hole damn i hate cops i got another ticket this weekend for 10 over but i was goin with the rate of traffic, they are fuck heads who do nothing but bust people balls caues they got picked on in highschool and now they think they are all bigf and bad caues they wear a uniform and have a gun and a badge and have a car with nice shiny lihght on top.

Anyways ya HATE those fuckers too......... when i got my DUI they Slammed my head up against the wall so i "accedently elbowed" the pig in the face! Then to more came over and jumped my ass. The funniest thing was when i was pulled over last night a scrapy ass gutter chick was walkin by and she started snorting like a pig and saying shit to the cop and he didnt even l;ook at her or anything i was trying not to laugh in his face. i was like can you mkae this a quick tiekct caues i have somewhere to be he gave me the evil eye and walked back to hit pig pen on wheels

I got threw in jail back in HS for not have my driver license, no front license plate and no current insurance card in the car. Threw me in jail and impounded my Civic Si...they fucked my body kit too!!! then the bitch that towel my car took the keys with him to Fort Worth and then they wanted to charge me for having the car in there for over 2 nights. I gave them the finger and got a lawyer...got all my money back from the cop and money from the impound for fucking up my car and keeping my keys.

 

Sucks getting screwed like that, but GLAD you got the stupid tow truck people to reimburse you for the damages. My sister got her stuff jacked by a tow truck place.
