didn't realize how much i missed having a system. One Solobaric 12 with a Rockford amp. Hits hard as hell. Been driving around aimlessly all day

 

does the CL trunk and where the 6x9's are rattle alot when the system is going?

i am planning on getting a system soon but i HATE the rattling...

 

just turn it up more until you cant hear the rattling

 

 

Or you can dynomat if it bothers you that much. But it's cheaper to just blast that shit. why do you care what other people hear??

my muffler heat shield rattled...bad too...So i folded a peice of carboard and stuck it between the muffler and the shield

 

umm i would put something non-flamable between those two......it gets pretty hot down there

 

seriously or just cut the heat shield off.

One of my boys did it at a shop...wasn't sure on how with the Bose setup...Shit thumps, it's hard to believe that it's only one 12. It sounds the same as the two that were in my accord...Hit me up whenever your around the way.

Only thing that sucks is the amp is a couple years old and it get hot as balls on full blast but I can't really complain

Dynamat for the win as far as trunk rattles. Didn't have much problem witht the rear deck and 6x9's but I dynamatted it anyway. Just bend the trunk springs down 1/2" and dynamat your trunk lid and license plate, I did the whole trunk, but u really don't need to.

 

Setup isn't new. i've had the amp(got used) and speaker(got new) for over a year. She might not be pretty but it's loud
