good short shifter adapter

Hey guys. I was wondering what a good short shift adaptor to buy is. I notice there are lots of $17 - $30 ones on ebay but those prices kinda leave me a little weary. So I am curious what other people use and have had no problems from.

Thanks!

I havent tried d98's way, but it sounds like it will work. But, in my opinion, all adpaters are really going to the same. All it is a metal block piece. Cant be too hard to mess up manufacturing one of those.

I think I'll try the Prelude shifter and see what that does for me, and if I like that maybe I'll throw on the adapter too. Now I just have to find a Prelude shifter...junk yards here I come! lol

Thanks guys..I just washed and waxed my CL hope to get some pics up on the WWW soon.
