I got to "test" my extended warranty this weekend. My window regulator went out with the window down. I am too far from my closest Acura dealer so the local Honda dealer fixed it under the Acura warranty. The Honda service writer was even impressed with the warranty coverage. Honda only reimburses $25.00 a day for rental while the car is in the shop. The Acura warranty allows $45.00. Sweet. I'm crusin' in a grand daddy CaddY, STS with Northstar! Not a penny out of my pocket. Just a little inconvienence (time).

Anyway, I just wantd to give the Acura warranty a big thumbs up for giving me no crap, and helping me when I needed it most.

Acura extended warranty, Total Luxury Care and all around Customer Service are incredible....thats why our family has purchased 4 Acuras...

mine was from the dealer, but youre right, you can get a different one i believe..

The crazy part is, that if I was under the factory warranty, I would have had to bring it to Acura. I'm out of factory so Honda honors the Acura care Extended one.

If they keep treating me well, I will definatly buy another Acura. I'm even looking at the new CL's NOW!!! (but I'll keep mine for a few years. I love it.)

yeah, they vow to take care of their customers, and they do a good job...i honestly havent heard anyone complain about Acura's Customer Service 'per say'
