lol...just a lil off topic..
i got all excited cuz i thought someone was gonna tell me what was wrong w/ my car..haha

but the song is either #9 or #10..when my friend burned the CD for me she thinks she may have missed a song, but it's #9 on my CD

funny thing was, when i had my acccord, i never noticed he said that, but the 1st time i listened to it after i got my CL, i caught it immediately..

The CL is wierd. If your break fluid is ever so slightly low, the brake light will come on. Mine wasn't even below the line, actually slightly above the line but filled it with more and the damn light disappeared. Try that.

Careful. Just adding fluid will push your pads past their rivets into the rotors.

The level is low because your pads are worn.

Take a look at the pads before going any further.

got the same problem here. In the morning my light will come on when I start the car (but only when its below 70 degrees out or it was cold the night before) and then it goes out after an 15 minutes or sometimes takes half the day. Fluid is above the line, checked and the pads are fine, talked to the guy at the dealer and he said that it might just be a faulty sensor but I dunno. never does it in warm weather though.

yeah funny some of you mention the whole "cold weather" gimmick...I've had the CL a little over a month now and the only time it's happened has been the past 2 mornings, it also just happend to be freezing ass cold too.

but i have also noticied that my brake's have been squeaking, not ALL the time, but when it's damp or like 1 or 2 a.m. and i'm driving back from where ever i've been that night.

so maybe dropping it off at the dealership wouldnt be a bad idea, just to have them check it out...although if it's normal wear & tear the warranty prolly wont cover it.

oh well...i'll get over it

I had a problem similar to what you're all describing. Had it at the shop and they found the brake fluid level sensor was faulty. And to think I was about to spend money on some black electrical tape to cover it up...
