Door hard as hell to open...

I've always had this problem of my driver's side door being a little harder to open than the passenger one. I usually have to pull on the handle once, then release and pull again. It has never really been a big deal for me. So yesterday we get this huge ass snowstorm and freezing cold weather. I didn't drive my car at all yesterday, I went to open my door today and it wouldn't open. I figured it was frozen,.. it was a little. I finally got it opened,.. I went for a drive warmed up the car real nice,. then I get back home and go to lock my door and it wouldn't lock. I had to lock it manually from the passenger side... I'm not sure if anyone else has had this problem but now I have to literrally ram myself on my door panel from the inside to get it open... Could my door lock actuator have taken a crap or does it need some grease or something?? I've only heard it grind once about 6 months ago... any help or tips are very very welcome....
long read but i'm pissed
EDIT: also I can't lock or unlock my driver's door using my key from the outside,,. the key goes in but it doesn't turn.... that problem i've had for awhile...

thanks,
max

I think you're the one that I told to use the remote or unlock the passenger door by key. lol

Anyways it could be a number of things. I don't know what it could be.

Roll down the window and climb in that way?

It's most likely the actuator, otherwise, check the weather stripping. It comes loose on our doors a lot, and makes the door stick. Mine's stuck a few times like that.
