Dislexic Civic

So, I was on my way to work this morning and I see this Civic. Looks Alright. Then I saw the shopping cart handle on the back. Notice anything wierd?

That's what I thought when I saw it, but you can see the dash of the cl, and the wing appears to be on that way. I've seen a few civics, and crapaliers around here with wings like that.
