Custom Cat-back

How do you guys think custom piping and a good universal muffler compares to a bolt on cat-back?

I had a Magna Flow cat-back done at a local shop. It is the same as buying a whole system you just bolt on. The only difference is I got to see them bend my pipe.

About how much does it cost to have a custom cat-back done by a good muffler shop (not including cost of muffler)?

I forgot how much my muffler was, but my whole setup was $290.00. I figure the muff. was 2 something.

I got my muffler for $185 (3A Racing) and custom 21/2" tubing ran back for $80. I think it sounds really good.
