Every thread you start could be answered by searching, and every thread I ask you to search. There are a number of members on here that have done engine swaps and deleted their AC and PS, please search before starting a new thread
power steering robs power when you're going in the turns and actually using it. when you're going straight, PS won't really make a difference, except weight (if you remove it)
i think the A/C is the same. if you use it, it robs power, but otherwise it wont make a difference. unless you wanna take it off for the weight.
you could put in an underdrive pulley instead.

You can probably gain 5-10 hp by removing the P/S and A/C. It does take some effort from the engine to turn those pumps. However, it's not hp that the butt dyno will notice.
I'd only remove the A/C. It's hard as hell to turn the wheel in my 2200 lb Civic after removing the P/S. After parallel parking that thing, my shoulders feel pretty jacked. The CL weights about 900 lbs more.

not worth the gain unless it's your track car and you're going for weight reduction. you can prolly shave 40-50 pounds by removing AC and PS. Ghost removed both and posted pics of the scrap afterwards. search his threads.
