Console Switch
I was wondering if the dealer would be the people to go to so that i can change my center console/radio area from the 1997 design to the 1998-1999 design...if they do something like that, what should I expect to pay?

Get the parts and do it yourself, you can find the parts at a junk yard, ebay, or www.acuraautomotiveparts.org

remember kids--say NO to dealerships!
but in all seriousness, chris is right. it'll save you a shit load of money to just buy the parts and do it yourself. here is your question in another thread.

It's possible, if you're not lazy like me
I have most of the minor parts to do it, however I'm missing the large forward console part, and the actual wood bezel itself.
And easy DIY to get a bit of the look would be to switch out the top shift gate with the small chrome bezel. I'm a fan of the whole OEM+ style, and this seemed to fit right in.
I think you'll find a pic of that final product in the thread BlackAck posted above.
