coil overs vs. springs

I just want some opinions on adjustible coilovers. I am thinking about getting some for my 2.3 cl, because right now it's dropped 2 1/4 on goldlines and I scrape alot if i'm not careful. Are coilovers bumpy? cause I've heard that before. thanks

Coil-over are bouncy as hell and that's with KYB AGX shocks. I'm looking around for Neuspeed springs for my 3.0 rightnow.
