camber kit?

camber kit?

well i took my car into a shop today and they said they can fix my negitive camber without a camber kit. the guy explained it to me but i forgot. something about the knuckles im curious has anyone heard of this

No, do tell though. I can't imagine fixing the alignment would fix it completely. I have a camber kit sitting in my back seat right now waiting to be installed.

It all depends on how low you're dropped, the camber and toe only go out after your frame/body starts going lower than your axles

i dunno how similar the suspension designs are, but my lude is slammed, like no finger gap on 17's and abosulutely no camber problems yet. guess depends on the car. im guessing the camber problems on CLs come from really large stock wheel gap.

i just had the same experience. the guy at the shop fixed it with what he called hydraulics. he said it was just stretching the factory control arms out and he could adjust about 5 degrees. that way you can keep all of your factory suspension parts and you always have the option of going back to your stock setup, which he said you couldn't do once you installed a camber kit.

I have adjustable ball joints that I put my stock suspension back on and it's perfectly fine, he's probably talking about adjustable control arms
