brake light on...why?

brake light on...why?

has anyone had this problem before...


In Park no e-brake light
then in R brake light
then N no brake light
then D4 to 1 brake light on



wtf!!!

top off the fluid resuvoir.. the sensor is very sensitive.

its the light when your e-brake is pulled....would it be because of maybe a cable is loose, so its not getting the signal right?!?!

no its the same light.. it may say full but it has to be at the top of the max line. trust me dogg..

First of all check the fluid level and be sure the cap to the master cylinder is securely fastened. If you are loosing brake fluid... look for signs of leaks, oily dirt around the brake wheel cylinders, calipers and connecting lines. If you find this... you may be loosing fluid due to brake part wear. Also check for signs of leakage and/or cracks in the master cylinder and its connecting lines. Good luck.

mine was doing almost the same exact thing, check the fluid level as suggested previously.....if thats not it, have your cable tightened, both happened to me within weeks of each other, it's weird, but it happens

thats weird

mine wasnt that

check your rear brake light, the middle one, mine came on when my bulb was out in the rear

I topped off the fluid like the guys said when my light went on........fixed it

the fluid did look full too
