I have aftermarket rims and I just don't remember the offsett. 7.5 ? Is this correct ? On my other car it's 35 offsett which I can go from 35-40 without spacers.

I think Acura3.0 is talking about the rim width, which is different from offset. I don't know what the stock offset is, i heard it's like 35 or 38 but can't confirm. I think most people are running offsets on their aftermarket rims between 38-45?

Offset on my 18s is 42. I just checked my stock '97 3.0 wheels and they're stamped "50".

Bolt Pattern

What is a good offset to have on 17x7? I want my wheels to be a close to stock as possible?

What is the advantage of using spacers?? Would that not push the wheel out more from the car. I thought the whole point was to get a wheel that tucks into the wheel well as much as possible..
