Ummm... you can forget about the boost controller unless you somehow have a turbo under your hood. The rest of them I'll let the people who have actually used them answer for you.

I dont know the answer to your question, but I do have an opinion.
If you did use both you'd have to leave the Venom on all the time. The VAFC stays on all the time and has to be dialed in for all rpm ranges.
If you dialed in the VAFC with the Venom on and then turned the Venom off the a/f maps would be different and possibly defeating the value of the VAFC.
If you dialed in the VAFC with the Venom off and switched it on you'd have the a/f maps all screwed up again.
I dont have a Venom, but I think the VAFC would do the job of both and the respective gains from it and proper tuning would IMO equal the performance of both in unison.

If you get a VAFC, you don't need the Venom. As far as I know, the only difference between the two is the VAFC looks cooler, is customizable, is more of a pain in the ass to hook up, needs dynos to correctly set and tweak, and costs a butt load more.
Because the VAFC is customizable and you can tweak everything about it, I would expect the gains to be more. If those gains are worth the few extra hundred $ and installation/customization labor, go for it.
